Dr Stocker is a member of the Cooperative Breast Centre Karlsruhe and a consultant to the gynacology department of the Diakonissenkrankehaus Karlsruhe.
CV Dr. StockerBorn in 1951 he trained to be a surgeon at the Diakonissenkrankenhaus Schwaebisch Hall and Karlsruhe-Rueppurr.
1986 until 1990 medical director of the Vanga hospital, Democratic Republic of Congo, where responsibilities included the education of local doctors.
1990 until 1993 Training to be a plastic surgeon at the renowned clinic for plastic surgery at the Marienhospital in Stuttgart. Medical directors: Prof Gubisch, Prof Greulich, Prof. Wangerin.
1993 until 1995 assistant medical director at the Staedtisches Klinikum Nuremberg in close cooperation with the departments for oral surgery, trauma surgery and cardiac surgery in micro and reconstructive surgery.
1995 Return to Stuttgart to become the directive doctor for the clinic for plastic surgery at the Marienhospital.
1999 until 2004 head physician of the department of plastic surgery at the St Joseph Krankenhaus in Dahn and after its intergration into the Staedtisches Krankenhaus Pirmasens the directive director of the newly founded department for plastic and hand surgery.
In 2004 Dr. Stocker decided to found his own practice for plastic, aesthetic and hand surgery within the premises of the Diakonissenkrankenhaus Karlsruhe primarily because a private practice offers a greater amount of freedom to implement and realise new ideas.
